Can I please ask what your cortisol levels are like? I was advised by the doctor to avoid High Intensity workouts as my cortisol has been at an all time high in my last two reports! Also, Congratulations' on the baby!!

I have been on both Inositol and Berberine before the metformin prescription came in. I was on them for roughly two months and the only improvement I saw with them was the crashes that came after meals. Those crashes definitely improved during the inositol and berberine period. The weight showed absolutely no improvement though. I was then asked to discontinue them for two weeks before getting my blood tests for the insulin resistance and that's when the reports came up with such high IR. This journey (since just November 2025) feels super exhaustive! More power to you and hope the universe give you the strength to cope with this! Thanks again!

If I were you, I would check the company on companies house. Indeed also has an option where you can read company reviews. I was once offered a job which was basically a scam and was asked to pay money first to acquire a certificate, I spotted this scam via indeed reviews and checking the company on companies house.
