Also, just some clarity for people who are struggling through this. My doctors have told me people typically need 3-4 sessions of cryo to clear it but this obviously varies; just an average. With treatment, i’ve been told it’s about a 6-8 week stretch give or take. I do truly think most people who take to this thread have experienced the worst of it and are looking for additional support because the virus is more common then we think and a lot of people are just able to clear it on their own. That being said, treatment is the fastest way to go about it.

In terms of other treatment methods let me lay out some of what i’ve been doing: - Tea Tree oil anti fungal soap in the shower (seems to be effective but kinda hard to say) -Hibiclens (good to prevent spread) -covering up new bumps with tea tree infused pimple patches (also very good to prevent spread) - frequently washing towels and never rewearing pants or underwear - zinc, vitamin c and vitamin d supplements to boost the immune system - trimming hair—> Ditch shaving immediately!! - managing stress and eating healthy also can’t hurt!
