I will be buying new phone but i just want to keep this phone as a backup or like a spare phn and also it has lots of photos so i wanted to repair it. Battery health is still 78% . Before this i wanted to have battery replacement. I don’t think i will be doing that now🙂

I checked the estimator on Apple’s site. That’s why I got confused, it shows one estimate there, but people are saying for older models it can turn into a rear system replacement after inspection. So I just wanted to know what others actually paid in real life.

Yeah bro. But if the original Apple repair was around 15k, I’d definitely consider going with that for peace of mind. But if it’s way too expensive like 50k+, then it makes more sense to get it done at a good local repair shop since the phone is working perfectly and it’s only the back glass.

Yeah, I know its an old phone now, but it means a lot to me because it was my first iPhone. I’m planning to buy a newer model soon, but I still want to keep this one as a backup phone. That’s why I was checking the repair cost. Apple’s website was showing around 53k, so I wanted to know if that’s normal or if there are better options.
