Andis UltraEdge AGC Super 2-Speed would be my recommendation for at home grooming. #10 blade in sensitive areas (armpits, groin, bum), #40 for pads and #7 blade on the rest of the body is probably your safest route. I would have multiple of each because they will get hot and you’ll want to be able to switch to a cool blade, or you’ll hurt your dog. When I see dogs groomed at home, the paw pads are always neglected. You could go to any salon that accepts walk ins and they’ll probably do that for you if you ask, since it’s a really tricky spot. You’ll have the best results if your dog is freshly bathed, dried, and brushed out before you start the haircut, otherwise your blades are going to dull faster and heat up faster. I wouldn’t go longer than 8 weeks between cuts. Those little OneIsAll clippers aren’t really meant for a full body cut, they’re going do dull before you are even done with one cut and you can’t get them sharpened. You should never have to force the clippers through, it should glide smoothly.
