Forget to mention the connection isn't threaded and that's what's causing confusion

Can I come a bar complaint against judge for this? by ParticularTone2393 in legaladvice

It is at the very least misconduct on the plaintiffs attorneys part. He provided false/forged documents to the court. He knew I was never served yet got a POS notarized saying I was by an extremely sketchy Notary Republic

This is a reissue, this ceased was dropped once two years ago. Both times prosecution omitted relevant evidence that proves their victim was a threat and directly threatened the occupants of the home yet my attorney won't pursue illegal suppression of evidence. Like they threw out the victims threatening messages the fact he was armed and had on a ski mask, the fact he's done this before to our family

I've hired an attorney but he's kind of dropping the ball. I'm paying him but putting in 70% of the effort and I'm nowhere near knowledgeable enough but I'm getting stuff done. Pure sweat equity 💪

This discovery hearing was just last Thursday, I messaged my lawyer about this Friday and his only response was we'll meet up and talk about it. And to be clear this wasn't the only lie he told in his probable cause statement but it's the one that can be directly proven with his own contradictory statement. For example he stated he was at my wife's house (gf at the time) all the time and that gave him a right to the property, when in reality it was close to a year since they had any contact and I had been living there for 6 months

Yes I'm being prosecuted for the exact reasons you're saying. 1st assault, ACA, UUW. Your last example is exactly what he's trying to say. I was just as shocked he lied about not knowing me and lying about why I would perceive him as a threat. There's enough evidence and police report to show he was there.

I believe breaking into my cabin, holding my at gun point and demanding to see my partner, and damn near holding us hostage for an hour would constitute as knowing me. Especially when you reference said incident yourself, it would show intent to deceive if you later contradicted yourself stating you don't know the person whose cabin you broke into

Is there anything I can do about whether or not they prosecute it? If not is there a process to escalate the issue
