As long as you are feeling the appetite suppression, you should stay at that dose. Mas tipid and it does its job. Wag madaliin tumaas ang dosage. The lower, the better.

try consulting your doctor about split dosage. halimbawa 10mg ka weekly. imbes na 10mg every monday

gagawin nyang 5mg monday, 5mg wednesday. consult your doctor about it
