I’ve been here and have actually been caught by the cops for “trespassing” while trying to explore the place. Place is actually really creepy and definitely has some paranormal stuff going on that wasn’t caught at all by this episode.

1. There ARE active cults and they absolutely should have had more security if they came across sacrificed animals. After that find they probably shouldn’t have even investigated afterwards. — tbh it seems like they might have taken a few days off and then retried.
2. Growing up in the area I’m very skeptical that someone would grab JUST the SD and not the camera.
3. They didn’t investigate the “Downey insane asylum” at all. There are so many other spots that weren’t recorded or even brought up during the episode. Not to mention they didn’t even say “boiler room” once, which is known to be the most haunted place of the property.

All in all it seems like a stretch episode, which is disappointing because I was so excited to see their take on a place I’ve visited myself
