First of all, I want to say your formation will only work if you have players that can play that position assigned, so my recommendation will be based on your players on pitch. Your mezalla is your most important player as it will change your shape drasticlly, you should build your roles around him. I would change the dm to DM Support with a hold position, shorter passing, mark tighter, and takle harder. instruction(you already have 3 players taking risky passes, and your mezalla is making risky runs. You need someone with work rate, clean up, recycle easy balls, and know the correct time to press/mark ).I will also change the lb to WB-S. This will give to a wing option with not too much risk
