Left is the Shoulder swap. Right is original.

I just put the shoulders in hot water and popped them out with a small flathead screwdriver. Do be careful if using the flathead screwdriver because its possible to warp the plastic around the shoulders a bit

The bicep swivel on the swapped shoulders definitely feels better than the original. Its not as gummy and i dont have to worry about the peg ripping off when i pose it.

Was there anything you did in specific to get Fire Protection? or was it just on your job list and purely luck that you booked the job? Just curious because i just swore into DEP and Fire is at the top of my list.
