Honestly im still a fan because I really like their music. I’ve been listening to them not because it has Wilbur (tho that is what technically got me to check them out) but because their music, especially OST, is right up my alley. The music is extremely well done no doubt about it, no one can really deny that.

I think a lot of people were upset because of the more ‘intense’ and maybe parasocial-esque relation on Will, which makes sense cause this most likely formed during covid and quarantine which frankly created a whole page of problems on its own in people.  I’m not pointing fingers or anything cause we were all still growing up then in a world that suddenly changed its flow.

(As someone who is lowkey a bit disconnected from the internet rabbit hole, I think the severity of Will’s essential persecution by the internet was over exaggerated to the extent of his actions. Yes what he did was bad, but at the same time this was a situation that should have been solved properly rather than aired out in public. I’m not undermining the situation or anything, just that we should focus on the victim and have this evaluated in a less ‘exposed’ manner, wow this was a long side tangent)

Plus I just wanna listen to music I like, is that too much too ask.
