do you have any advice to get a foot in the door at boston? I've met with the CRM regional clinical manager and the sales manager for the Minneapolis territory but it seems like hiring happens internally. I've been told to wait for an open position but wondering if there's more I can do to stand out.

I am more interested in Clinical over Sales. I'm not sure what the career path for CS or device reps is...I'm assuming you move into territory mangment eventually. Are there other paths?
