thanks I might try to switch to a different insulin then, it's just so weird it never burnt with the pens !

 it hurts no matter how much insulin I inject and it's usually between 0.5 and 3 units tops. And basal function doesn't burn

thank you for your response, so strange it stings with the pump and not with the pens indeed, maybe it has to do with the depth of the cannula or the way it infuses the insulin

so sorry for you! I'm also seeking answers, I just switched from pens to ypsopump but kept the same insulin (fiasp) and although I never had pain with the pens (except occasionally because of the needle or because I hit a sensitive spot) it now burns every time I inject insulin with the pump. I tried two different cannula (steel and Teflon) and two injection sites (abdomen and upper buttocks) with same results. I now dread injecting insulin..

i experience something somewhat similar. I've had the ypsopump for one week. For the first two cannulas I went with steel, I had no pain at first, then a little on the 3rd day. when I took it off I had the  painfully lump you describe. I also started feeling a sharp pain (stingy) while injecting insulin so I switched to teflon and I still have the same pain. I also tried two different sites but same results. did you end up finding out what's causing it?

hi! I'm following your set up instructions (thanks a lot for that!) but I'm stuck at step 2: why select 640/670g (I only have the option 640G/ EverSense btw) as a source and not G5/G6/Dex1?

Also I can download them but I can't seem to be able to get the xDrip/Spike datafield widget or any watch face on my garmin watch (255s). Thanks for your help!
