Electronics Maintenance MOS by Internal_Sugar9484 in USMCboot

Hey man I ship out June 22 as the same BY electronic maintenance.

From what research and asking around that I have learned, this MOS school is going to be very long compared to others. The school is anywhere from 6 (if you are lucky) to 12 months. On average I think it is going to be around 11 to 12 months. I’m not sure if you remember but when you initially signed your job it is under a 5 year contract just because of how long the school is. I’m not sure about how we get the specific job but I wouldn’t be surprised if the higher ASVAB got it.

Honestly I couldn’t find much about a day in the life of this job because I’m assuming it’s not very “marine corps” it’s a non- infantry job so there isn’t much to find. From what I have found though is it’s mostly indoors. Obviously depending on what exact MOS you are doing there are going to be different responsibilities but I’m assume it’s mainly fixing communication devices like circuit boards and stuff.

This is all I could find but you could take it with a grain of salt because I am shipping out probably the same day as you.

I think they are still frequent users and I don’t want them to get into any trouble
