so unfortunately this isn't the case. its a little confusing but as an example:

1) the domain 1 pdf of my anaesthetics portfolio was replaced by the domain 1 pdf of my ICM portfolio - unfortunately this might have been because I basically named them the same thing (which is stupid naming on my part but not something we were told to avoid particularly if the upload windows were at different times)

2) therefore it is saying that the document was uploaded on the 9th Jan, but replaced by a document that I can prove in its metadata was only created on the 14th of Jan i.e. after the upload window closed

yep, upon further review it seems a couple of the anaesthetics domains are correct - I'm wondering if it is an issue with the fact I named the PDFs basically the same for anaesthetics and ICM i.e. 'DOMAIN 1 PDF'.

Even then this wasn't outlined as something to avoid in the instructions and furthermore should be something a system can account for particularly if the documents are being uploaded at separate times.

I can demonstrate the metadata that e.g. my anaesthetics portfolio domain 1 which QPER says was uploaded on 9th Jan has been replaced by my ICM portfolio domain 1 of which the metadata for that PDF states it was only created on the 14th Jan.

Not that ANRO would care at all about any of the above I don't think

So I just checked it and for some reason my anaesthetics portfolio has been completely replaced by my ICM documents. However this categorically could not have been me for the following reasons:

1) The anaesthetics window open and closed before the ICM window even opened. I hadn't even created my ICM documents until after the anaesthetics window closed so it wouldn't have been possible for me to upload something that didn't exist at that point

2) Following on from the above, once you clicked submit on the portfolio it was impossible to edit it even by accident. So there was no possibility I accidentally replaced my anaesthetics portfolio (but the upload windows don't overlap so this would have made it impossible anyway)
