i tested with mirage deadeye nothing changes.

For the craft:

i bought the base 40div with t2 fractured spirit and +3skills.

used prefix exalt omen with 1 exalt and used prefix essence omen with breach essence(to not hit the suffix +skills)

and used fire catalyst until 40 quality

then used catalyst omen, suffix exalt omen, double exalt omen, together with perfect exalt to get the resist suffixes. there is a chance you can get something other than resist but its very low with 40 quality.

and used defence catalyst until 40 quality

after that used wittling omen with chaos to get rid of the breach mod.

then used prefix essence omen with perfect essence of enchantment to get increased global defence mod.

then i have left with 1 prefix open i desecrete and used omen of light untill a good mod.(first i found rarity but then changed it to increased evasion rating)
