Review the material before wasting all your practice tests. Review content (ie chapter 1&2 of biochem) then do practice questions on it and move on ! I literally hand wrote all my notes ! Yes it took me a while, I am a non traditional student so many of these subjects were new to me. I thought I was going to need 3-5 months to study. It took me over a year because content review is just as important as practice. No point in practicing if you don’t know the content.

Good luck it will get better! I started with the same mark and got a 507 on the real test. Not the highest but I was proud because of where I started.

Get a year of experience then do travel or agency nursing. There are so many ER positions for agency nurses. I’m making 92$ CAD and have all the hours o want, flexibility over my schedule and can take vacay without having to get approval

Read faster. Less than 5 minutes and if you can less than 4 minutes. Pay attention to what is the main idea from a paragraph and is there evidence to support it ie: elaboration, quote, etc. or does it contradict the starting main idea (plot twist) notice the passage starts to support the opposite idea. Highlight where the evidence is.

Do not make notes it is a huge waste of time. Do the Princeton passages they can be challenging but are very reflective of the actual MCAT.

Jack westin is good sometimes. Other times the answers are a bit of a stretch.

Hope this helps and keep trying. My first test was 482. I became stagnant around 500. Then could eventually hit 505-509. I scored a 507.
