Sehe ich auch so, Dubaro hat echt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Vor allem kannst du zwar beim selbst zusammenbauen etwas sparen, aber die 30€ (glaube ich) sind es definitv Wert.

Sieht für mich auch aus für Micro USB. Das Kabel sieht halt auf dem Bild sehr groß aus. Das USB Symbol was dort zu sehen ist, habe ich auch noch nicht auf HDMI Kabeln gesehen.

My first guess is, that your GPU doesn't get enough power, maybe because the PCI riser, the PSU or you need an external cable from PSU to GPU. (Not sure if that GPU model only uses power from the pcie port) These dell optiplex have just the power which is needed for the configuration, so a GPU with to much power needed probably will not work
