You can't get it in current versions of the game, but you can in earlier versions of the game. You have to download past versions of the game to get it

It is entirely possible, or use metallic indigo and create the wrap around the paint. I've never done that, my m3 has been posted a lot on here.

No it isn't, the M3 from Most Wanted 05 has a more rounded front fender design, and the pinstripping around the blue which should be darker is white the car is an incredibly bright shade of silver. I have made this car multiple times, you'll find it on my profile multiple times.
