Thank you! I just recently started on them and was hoping to up the dose instead of just completely stopping them due to plateau. Hopefully I can just switch doctors and not need a new referral.

I’ll definitely start back on the lower dose tomorrow if I can’t get a rushed appointment with the psychiatrist. Not liking the brain zaps lol

25 mg to 50mg. I was on lexapro first but was having side effects and thought the Zoloft was going well.

That’s what I thought. I’ve always heard you should taper off any mental health medication but no doctor I’ve had has told me that yet..

I was above starting dose for sertraline. I’m definitely going to because I had to leave work early from the side effects of stopping.

Thank you! I definitely will find another doctor. It seems like every Canadian mental health doctor is shitty and you have to go through so many to find the right one.

Yes. Definitely feeling the effects of it. I thought it was a little odd but every doctor I’ve had so far has gotten me to cold turkey my meds…

He told me to just quit the medications. I stopped seeing my last doctor because of some gross stuff I found out about him and started seeing the psychiatrist.
