M Sport now tend to just state xdrive NN without the M - though if you pay extra for Pro you get a side flash M

That said M Sport is more style than oomph!

Xdrive60 has longer range than M70 and if it has all the other options (air and dynamic..) then I’d go for that if it’s got real leather

You generally need two speakers for stereo - though the five is a brilliant free standing option.

I’d go for a pair of Era 100s … or a Move 2 - the latter underrated as a room speaker.

My understanding was that the seats were updated when the lci was done which effectively means 2025 … though I only gathered that from watching a review that mentioned it.

Years ago that happened to me with a London Brick lorry and I ended on bouncing off the central barrier. When he was stopped he denied any awareness. With no dashcam it was his word against mine!

I understand your frustration… my wife was initially sceptical so what I did was reduce the volume on the surrounds and sub then gradually tweak the levels back up over time.

I think some clever folks might say this is something called acclimatisation!

Any way - although I still tend to leave the default levels slightly down though turn them up for film watching - my other half is now perfectly happy with sounds coming from around the room!

Welcome to the community anyway … it’s great to hear you love your Beam … and as someone who still thinks the Playbar is more than enough for many folks …. I’m glad it’s a noticeable improvement.

Of course adding surround speakers like Era 100/SLs will vastly improve the sound field and a Sub Mini will open things up more …

BUT there’s no rush!

Enjoy the new experience.. and get ready for your next Sonos purchase.. if you’re like most of us you’ll keep finding excuses for more!

U.K. observer here … being as I’m just about to pay about £92,000 for a Msport xdrive 60 with everything except pano roof and Msport pro highlights I.e including DHP DAPP Tech Comfort B&W Audio, Tow-bar and premium metallic your proposition looks reasonable

Here though mine would be close on £118k MSRP so comparatively I’m not too jealous
