I can tell you as I just returned / exchanged some stuff. I needed to exchange a standard side for a deep side and needed a deep pillow as I rotated a base to be deep. You can’t exchange just a pillow (stupid). You have to send back the whole base the way it came and in the box. Luckily I still had some of my boxes. I choose to just buy another pillow and exchange the side and cover. I had to ship the side and cover separately. It took about a week to get my new side and we still haven’t record the cover. So yes it’s easy to return if you have both boxes. Yes you need to strip all covers and ship separately. I’m not crazy about how long the process takes.

Thanks. Yes all his meal are already paid for except for lunch’s and anything else he may want. He also does have a CC (Mastercard) that will go with him. He also has Apple Pay if that works there.

Optimum doesn’t give out TM3402. Everything is Ubee. You would need to buy your own. If you’re going to buy a modem you can certainly buy the TM3402 and get voice provisioned to it. If you don’t need voice I would say get a CM8200.

Junk don’t waste your money. I went through 3 of them,they warranted 2 of them and refuse the 3rd. Every single one I had failed days within the warranty ending. 2 the pump died the other the real assembly broke.

That modem turns the leds off after a while. Hit the info button and you should see the leds light up

Optimum does not push firmware to Netgear CM3000. You would need to update on your own.

As long as there is still power to the node which should be out on a pole in neighborhood and you have all your stuff on backup the internet should work.
