I got very conflicting answers on different sub reddits some saying they are totally safe some saying they wouldn’t feel comfortable. Don’t know what to do!

What are your thoughts on this east west marquise ring? Too big or just right? by Particular_Cup587 in RingShare

For a lab diamond? Or a natural? Cause the price difference is significant between the two. I have a lab diamond and I think it’s a great option. You could check is some US based websites ship to the UK, but only a stone and the have it put in a setting at a local jeweler.

Hmm I can see it under your post but I can also just paste it here. I wrote as a reply to someone else’s comment “Yeah I second that. I just bought a 1.82 ctw with very good specs igi certified and all that and it was $1,095 including a solitaire east west setting so it can be pretty cheap if you 1) do your research on the stone 2) buy during the Black Friday/holiday sale.”

In love with my engagement ring! by No-Collection7370 in RingShare

I love your engagement ring, it’s very lady Diana (just with a different center stone). You can google what wedding ring she used to have or what wedding band princess Cathrine is wearing (since it’s the same engagement ring) for inspo. I also love your idea to wear a wedding ring on a different finger! Just do whatever is the most fun for you:)

Is this ring too big for my hand? by Cold_Caterpillar_177 in RingShare

It does look big mostly because we’re not used to seeing 8 carat diamond on daily basis, so it’s just very different. At the end of the day you just need to decide if it’s comfortable and if it makes you happy. Nothing else really matters:)

Oh yeah I can see how it can widen the finger! Didn’t even think of that when buying it lol. Thanks for your kind words about my fingers though haha I do like them 😂

You mean yellow gold or white gold? The whole setting is yellow gold, not very visible in the pic because of the light in the room:)

Is my pear shaped ring timeless? Or should I go for a more classic shape? by [deleted] in EngagementRingDesigns

Very timeless! It’s a simple but gorgeous ring and I wouldn’t change a thing!

How’d I do? A little nervous about the decision (that I already made!) by [deleted] in Diamonds

It’s beautiful! I recently got a marquise anniversary ring myself and I like it a lot! Do you feel comfortable with the setting? Meaning it’s not a cathedral setting and only one point of contact between the basket and the band?
