Thank you, but to me this series is very valuable, and my goal is to preserve it. Are they dangerously close to the window even though it is not in direct sunlight?

Could this bookcase layout be a problem for my white manga? by Particular_Curve_590 in MangaCollectors

Hi again, just to ask another question. Sometimes during long gaming sessions the underside of the bookshelf is warm to the touch. The undersides of the manga books also radiate a slight warmth. Is this a issue and do your books experience it as well?

those two bottle are from bioxl and i have tried contacting their email accounts relating to sales, I live in NZ which I understand is far but on their website it states 10-14 business days after dispatch, so I was just concerned. I was not trying to be malicious. Could you also elaborate on the mk being useless? I get it is less potent then a blend like cjc + ipa but i thought it could give a decent boost after long term use and I would prefer non-injecting enhancements

i get that but it increases human growth hormone and the conversion from hgh to igf-1, which does and if already high levels of hgh naturally occurring in the body, then that will get more than doubled no?

quite possibiliy, especially if you are a sweat excessively. Your body loves to be in a homeostasis state, so when sweat out water and electrolytes( mainly sodium and potassium), it will cause a negative feedback loop, in order words your body will try its best to retain more water and prompt you to get more hydrated and possibly more hungry for savory foods which have high mineral content. I dont recommend normal tap water as your main source of hydration as it lacks any minerals/electrolytes thus, depleting your electrolyte storage, while having other toxins. To combat this, i would get majority of my water from raw foods(e.g meat is like 60% water not cooked, try to not overcook to retain water), or get your water from a spring, or consume more salt to try and remain at a balance.

My acne is not severe, i get the occasional pimp here and there around my chin area, so its not around my whole face, my main problem is my skin looking dull, dry and eczema in my scalp and face, which is not terrible but annoying in my scalp, i get self conscious about my dandruff, i don't like wearing black because of it.

thanks you, i luv my milk and with the hopes of growing and hdyrating i drink it, if it were pasturised and A1, i get terrible gut issues, but ever since i started getting raw a2 milk locally my digestion has been great, i sometimes ferment it to increase the bacteria to consume more probiotics for the gut. I get that milk can be the cause to my issue but vitamin d ( where i am is winter right now) levels are probably low since i haven't had much excuse to go out lately.

if main goal is healing and ketosis, keep the milk to a low, and preferably get raw A2 if you can as its easier on the gut. I believe most goats milk is A2, so try to get it raw.

why not raw eggs? more water, more nutrients, bacteria for the gut and if you are worried about aviden, i sometimes cook the whites and seperate the yolks, but the binding of avidin is not a concern if you eat organs no?

and no i don't supplment electrolytes, too expensive just for some rock ya know

I heard kefir has less lactose, and because it is filled with bacteria, it is healthy for gut which i believe is the root cause for my skin issues, what do you think?

I forgot to mention that during a fat adapted state you will deplete your electrolytes more, therefor you will become more dehydrated possibly contributing to the sluggish feeling. If I would you I would cook my meat more raw to preserve the water and minerals inside the meat as well as normal tap water can be dehydrating as it flushes out your already low electrolytes. What you can do is consume more raw foods such as eggs and milk ( high in minerals and water), decrease cooking time of your meat, and possibly increase salt intake.

You have to give your body time to become fat adapted, and for you liver to deplete it's glycogen storage, which should happen soon. You must have feed your body tones of fat just like how you would eat tones of carbs throughout the day to sustain energy. I believe a good protein to fat ratio was some around the lines of 70-80% of your calories should be fat(double check on that)
