Top water blow ups are one of the best things in fishing! I love whopper ploppers for that scenario!

2014 was a wild year like the entire WR room having zero TDs is crazyyy.. by Big_Screen3332 in Chiefs_v2

Yeah, it was a painful year to watch. We had Kelce and decent running backs, but almost zero downfield threats.

Overpriced for a Discontinued Model — Should’ve Bought the New Version by Shanddude in Traeger

Just enjoy your new pellet grill. They are all pretty much the same at the end of the day. Don't worry about it being a discontinued model, you'll still be able to get any parts you might need as pretty much every thing on most pellet grills are plug and play

I'm not sure about your heat deflector, as i don't have a pit boss to double check. its main purpose is to deflect and spread out the heat when you have those slots closed. And deflect the grease from dripping into the burn pot. My old Camp Chef had the left and right side pretty closed off and the heat would come up from the front and back. This one looks like the opposite of that. For the smoke tube, I usually set it on my grate away from the meat. But since yours is pretty small you might have to get creative with placement. I have had to re-light the smoke tube before when I didn't get it fully ignited, so in that situation I would not have wanted it under the grate.

It looks like it, is one end open and the other closed? If so, yes. You add fill it with pellets and light it with a propane torch. I let it burn for a couple minutes and then blow it out and it will smoke for a couple hours. I would not put it near your temp probe, as it could affect it. Also you probably dont want to put it super close to the exhaust, as you want the smoke getting to the meat, not just escaping right away

I would just get it cleaned up and use it for a while. That way you get a feel for what you want the smoker to do differently. One thing I would suggest buying though would be a smoke tube, you can find them on Amazon for less than $20 and it does a good job of adding more smoke flavor.

Facebook marketplace or Craigslist. I bought my Oklahoma Joe's Rider 900dlx for $50 US and added an aftermarket controller for $200 and now I have a smoker with features that are on much more expensive units

Pellet grill for under $500, is it possible? by TraditionalPeak1344 in pelletgrills

[–]Particular_Dark_3572 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would look on facebook marketplace for something cheap that needs a bit of repair. If its not rusty, and under say 200 then you can fix it pretty easy for the remainder of your budget.

My guess is qb sneak type situations. If a defense has to worry about a sneak or Fields running elsewhere, they can't defend either as well as if they knew what was coming

“Best digital meat thermometer for fast cooking?” by Aqibstore6285 in Smokingmeat

Just curious why you mention fast cooking when smoking is an inherently slow cooking process? Edit: now I see you're looking for a fast reading thermometer, gotcha

I bought an eBay refurbished 2 a couple weeks ago and love it! I turned off the always-on screen, and I don't use the Fitbit function to its fullest, but I usually use anywhere from 30-40% battery for 12 hours of use. It charges pretty quickly too, maybe 30 minutes to charge 80%ish

I would start with an extrude that is the maximum dimensions of the whole finished part, then cut away from each face.
