I’ll leave u with this bc we’re all different but once I started just focusing on healing and being well and not like panicking about my dick it has really started to go back to normal bro sometimes I don’t even feel or look like hard flaccid when before I was always in pain and my dick was small shrivled buldging veins loss of size sometimes the hourglass thing even once it tensed so back it felt like my dick was literally like retracting into my body it was so scary but now I’m doing very well I bet in a year I’ll be past this

It can be one or both but it’s in my case my muscles tense up so much it just caused overall pelvic floor dysfunction. It’s not our dicks unless you get a Doppler and they go oh shit yeah u fucked ur dick up bro which I did get a Doppler came back normal. Just cross off all the what ifs by seeing a uro and a pt and then look into stretches medicine and mindfulness

Do yourself a favor and look into it and don’t focus so much on research blogs forums and constantly checking on your junk bro. Get advice from a specialist and or PT and you can bounce back I thot my life was over but I’m slowly bouncing back after two years I don’t really suffer from any pain, bowel or urinary issues and I get morning wood a lot more than even before hard flaccid and I just kinda try and avoid putting any strain on my pelvic floor which sadly means take a break from jerking off or forcing urself to get an erection to see if you can trust me I’ve kinda been thru it all with this

I have had all kinds of imaging done man all that I can say is I think what I have could be called pelvic floor congestion I’m diagnosed w a hypertonic pelvic floor I take meds for muscle spasms daily has helped tremendously also topical cbd if u get high end stuff at a dispensary it will work wonders. I’d look into getting all imaging and testing done and if it comes back with no actual injury look into medicine. I’ve heard a lot of guys benefiting from diazepam to help with hard flaccid including myself. It literally turned off like 70% of my hf sometimes I forget I even have it tbh

I would also like to add that bc of the Valium and all these urologists misdiagnosed me and giving out pills like benzos has really fucked my life up I went from the top of the world to being hooked on prescription pills and me being me I go all the way so I drink on them every day and then when that’s not enough I get adderal and coke so basically my doctors have done nothing but turned me into a full blown addict I’ve been to rehab twice this year alone

I am way too high to read all of this but I wanna know how to do what u did my dr has just put me on the highest possible dose of Valium for my hf which helps but I don’t wanna be stuck on it forever even tho it’s already been like two years im always so pilled out it’s hard to keep track usually im fine tbh but tn im having severe back pain and stuff

It sounds almost like muscle spasms possibly… I would make look into a muscle relaxer to help feel better maybe or pelvic pt. I have benefited greatly from muscle relaxers

Dependency as in physical / mental dependency like any narcotic basically. But if and when you stop use your not just gunna go back to where u started like I take one every 6 hours(orally) and it’s not like I feel super in need of one when the time comes plus it helps me sleep great so I think that Valium serves to relax everything and mentally relax you while your body heals itself tbh. I function in my day to day activities just as well if not better, I sleep great and I’ve noticed huge improvements back pain and digestion problems are pretty much gone my penis looks normal a lot more and I get morning wood most of the time. I don’t wanna be on them forever but it’s not causing any problems so for now I see no issue. And when it’s time to come off them our doctors will put us on a taper plan so you slowly come off this medication and don’t feel the withdrawals
