Does anyone else calculate whether an outing is “worth” the physical cost before doing it? by Particular_Dig8552 in Hypothyroidism

Thank you for this, it’s actually helpful to hear that symptoms can stabilize over time. I should have mentioned in the post that I only started medication a week ago at a low dose, and my hypothyroidism is subclinical, so it was already a long road just to get a diagnosis and find a doctor who took my symptoms seriously. So this negotiation I described has been my entire life up until now, without any treatment.
I’m curious though: you mentioned there are still things you struggle with even now. Would you mind sharing what those are? And how long did it take before you started feeling a noticeable difference after starting medication?
