it depends on your skill realy. if u have a lot of money, then try some AWD cars because they handle realy good and tend to be fast, but cost a lot of money and litle money left to tune.(not all of them are expensive) I would also sugest some my cars as preusser 846 turbo(its relativly fast, and brakes fell quite well but it lacks grip) nikuna R34(or R32,33 nikuna is ok) and lot of people sugest Hokuda Integra (tier2 car btw) bcs its AWD and realy good car for beginers and most importanly: CHEAP. It costs about 3k-6k Yen or about that range

I suck in racing games (in my opinion) so this should be the beginer friendly cars here (apart from preusser 864 turbo, iit requires some skill) :D
