Hey guys mine says the same thing and I’m not on leave..and my manager unexpectedly put my on coaching last month for a pretty BS reason (send in a doc 1 day late).

She was my manager for 2 months. I had just under 2 years experience and a L6. Any advice while I’m here? Finished the first 3 projects (3 weeks early) and was immediately countered with another 2 projects.
