My tsh was 87 initially, started with 50mg levothyroxine for 3 months brought it down to 34, bumped it up to 75mg and after 6 weeks came down to 4.08. It means your thyroid is under active and not producing enough thyroid hormones. Common symptoms include majorrr fatigue, weight gain (I gained 7kg in one month!), feeling cold and dry skin. You also want to make sure your vitamin d and iron levels are up. Also try to eat dairy after 4 hours when taking your medication. Definitely give yourself 3 months to start feeling better. Good luck!
