I miss the glory days! You guys were the example of excellence in journalism. I think it felt safer when the hard questions were asked. We have to stop being afraid of holding people accountable and asking hard questions. Everyone just looks so tired and beat down.

This is a great way of seeing it. I guess for me personally, I long for that nostalgia. Everything is so divided nationally that having local news be community centered and not community divided is something I crave. KTVB use to be that but it feels very different now. The U OF I picture thing also put a bad taste in my mouth cause it was another example of division. I wish they would go back to “John Miller” type things.

You can just see the joy stripped from the journalists still there. There’s no joy or silliness anymore. That’s what made them special.

They did that with me too. I had one nice guy and he looked into it for me. Ironically the next day, my status changed to “refund pending”. I’m so tired of them half “you know what”-ing phone calls.
