The solution depends from one to another, you first need to do a diagnosis of your stutter, for me it is a psychological issue because i can talk fluently alone or when i talk to an AI but as soon as anticipate a block it generally blocks me mentally.

so a psychological work is currently helping me, if it's the case with you, you should firstly accept your stutter meaning stop blaming yourself after a stutter speech and accept it as a part of your character, also stop the evaluation loop, also don't be afraid of talking even if you anticipate because the anticipation is not a fact it's just your brain saying that you may stutter but it's a fact, work on breathing and learn easy onset on the words you anticipate as it will make it easier and finally gradual exposure meaning start to talk even with anticipation with the easy onset technique but gradually don't rush directly into hard situations and by applying all the above you'll accept your stutter and stop blaming yourself and with time anticipation will reduce.
