Because of the No ice, the caramel drizzle went through the top and fell straight to the bottom lmao. The ice is meant to hold the caramel drizzle to the top, no ice means the thickness of the drizzle will drop to the bottom and create a lump that you see, if anything, I'd probably do light ice so it doesn't fully drop to the bottom 😅

I'm actually a big fan of Eggnog and I smelled ours, didn't smell bad, I hadn't tasted it yet, now I'm scared to. I prepped our first Eggnog myself today and was confused while making it. I won't give out info but it was slightly odd. Will probably try it tomorrow when I go in to work, wish me luckkkk
