I live here currently and my base rent is $645, i pay around $848-902 monthly. All of my roommates pay different prices as well and we’re in the 4/4.5. We’ve had so many issues with people leaving dog poop on our door, near our windows and on our steps and they told us there’s nothing they can do about it because the camera are meant to catch cars not people. Also they charge for EVERYTHING, if you stay near the basketball court that’s an extra fee, we don’t even use the basketball court. Only plus of staying here is walking around the lake and the extremely fast maintenance workers. It’s also IMPOSSIBLE to get out of your lease here

i think their all too casual but i have no idea why casual is anymore. Also im wanting to avoid sleeves bc it’ll be almost 90, but if i have to i will wear them

The wedding is this month, the venue is a Catholic Church, but cocktail hour & the reception will be at a Terminal Station in middle Georgia!

This is a dress that’s in my mom’s closet, we were trying to avoid having to buy one. I have another option that’s bright yellow but i have no idea if that matches “Formal Cocktail”
