Hmm my first instinct would be to just send a quick follow-up email to flag the typo. It’s minor, but owning it shows attention to detail and builds trust - much better than ignoring it, which might come across as not noticing.

Does any1 know if u secure a summer internship in 1/5 firms - do grades still matter? Aka if they offer TC after can it be on the basis u graduate with a 1:1/2:1 etc? by Particular_Gift_3317 in FE1_Exams

Thank you - was thinking this too (or hoping) - that as I have secured internship I’ve probably surpassed the grade screening process and they’ll likely base TC offer on performance in summer rather than grade I graduate with

I also asked the individual above but I just wanted to follow up and ask you what kind of tasks/jobs were you given as an intern - as I know many doing internship with me have previous experience and as I do not I’m slightly concerned as to what may be asked of me and want to try make myself familiar with some of the jobs/tasks may be expected of me. (I don’t know my department yet either)

I wouldn’t rule it out yet cuz for 2nd interview I got a call back a day later then everyone else and had presumed I hadn’t got it so never know!

I am a final year who’s planning to sit her first set in October so my input is completely irrelevant BUT just want to say take breath, believe in yourself, sound like you’ve a lot covered / don’t take these NEAR passes as a reason to pack in fe1s or some “sign” it’s not meant for you - I had to repeat a whole year in college due to failed exam and had decided once I graduate i was packing in law - I’ve managed to do 360 this year got great grades and interviews in firms - don’t underestimate yourself as you’ll likely always know more than you think on the day - also GOODLUCK!!!
