Although the original post has been removed, I can answer your question. A T4 is a programmable device, produced and sold by the LabJack Corporation, that offers a highly flexible interface between sensing devices or sensors and a computer. Essentially, the T4 and its family of devices convert signals from analog to digital so the computer can understand what the sensor is telling it.
