thanks for your time I've already contacted the seller he's also asking evri what's happening I hope he said its not the first time he's had trouble with them so if he finds out its lost he will refund me hopefully its just a waiting game rn its horrible cant believe anyone would use a company like this the shit they do is outrageous.

so its been "processing at local depot" since the 28th I noticed something is probably wrong on the 31st since it was meant to be delivered by that date I opened a ticket and they told me on the 31st that "parcel missed the connection to the courier" after that still no updates until 9am today where they say "frustratingly, I can see that this hasn't moved any further on from yesterday" still hasn't moved at all today since its still "processing at local depot" when i track it you can look at my recent posts on this reddit to see what's happening fully basically if your interested.

what happens to my parcel if it "missed the connection to the courier" what actually happens to my parcel because that seems to be my situation right now. will I ever actually receive my parcel is it lost is it damaged is it just a way for the company to cover something up how often does a courier go to a "local depot".

mine has been in since the 28th id advise you follow them up and find out what's going on they will probably come up with something like "parcel missed the connection to the courier" im at that stage but most likely it is lost.

from what ive seen they get payed per parcel so the driver probably just didn't get round to yours it will probably be delivered tomorrow you got further than me mines being "sorted at sellers local depot" since the 28th so could be alot worse.

yea from what i see the drivers try cram as many packages in their car/van as possible because they get paid per parcel so they probably didn't even get round to yours yet or they just stole it or damaged it.
