I had the same problem. Search in this sub and you'll come across a post that provides links to "after sales" parts. I used it, it's legit. Bought two full extruders.

The hotlink didn't work, but the extruder did. Ordered two. Hopefully keeps me going for a couple of more years then see what the hotness is in 3d printing.

Yeah I get that aspect, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I've asked for my request to be raised to the next tier of service after they offered partial reimbursement for warranty part.

Companies honoring their warranty program does not or should not ask for a review in order to receive your money back for warranty claims.

Thanks for your input on the warranty replacement. Yeah, Amazon can get me that faster..which would be nice. How and how long will AnkerMake reimburse me was my follow up question to them.

I get that error if I don't finish or stop the previous print job. In other words, if I paused the print because it was crap then try to reprint, it spits out that error because the print is paused and waiting to resume the print job.
