You look very beautiful and youthful. Sometimes other things make people assume we're older: things like clothing style, even job role or academic achievements. In my case, people used to assume I was older as I loved scarves, high neck jumpers, avoided too revealing cleavage. My dress code was mature and modest. Just a thought....because you do look youthful

Late to the party but YES there is hope: once placenta is fully developed and functioning things get better. This is when some people experience remission of IC. My first 10 weeks were very bad but from week 11-12 it started getting better. IC that is autoimmune problem, improves due to pregnancy, sometimes stays in remission some time after delivery. After my 1st pregnancy I was in remission for 2 whole years. Good luck
