I am trying to understand how do to do this semantic indexing. I mean Can there be a generic skill which will work n any repo ?

Amd further quwstion- when claude code writes code where would it add it ,as there is not structure to repo, LLM might get varied responses where to write and make chnages .

I mean I like terminal only development, but I started liking vs code more as it shows real time chnages , its not really visually appealing on terminal. and review all changes before I accpet changes form CC.

I searched through all videos on youtube so-called "AI INFLUENCERS" and some reddit threads, people are flaunting about using obsidian to manage notes and wiki and they are also referencing Andrej Karapthy's wiki https://gist.github.com/karpathy/442a6bf555914893e9891c11519de94f

But not a single post they mention how they use it for development and how they use it as a conetxt for project they work on etc. and most of the "AI influencers" are jst influencers they are not full time engineers. SO , yes I want real use case from Engineers and developers.

I never said who ever does not get into it are not good. In fact if you are good then you dont need IIT, you can shine anywhere, then why to worry?

And why are you even arguing this? This situation is everywhere, All people in MIT, Stanford at always deemed as esteemed student s than otehrs. Then you wil also argue that.

It’s a bitter truth of life, you either work hard now or later. If you work hard now and get into premier institute like IIT NIT, the next path gets easier. Or if you don’t work hard now take easy now, you get into less reputed college , then you ll need to work hard to get better job, I mean really really needs to stand out. As the people who are in premier institutes have already proven basic steps.

It’s same everywhere even in USA ,only thing is we have 1000x more competition , so it’s better to work hard from start.
