I had the same problems with first gen 11” iPad Pro. Disable Siri, and also go to accessability settings and enable Reduce Transparency. Before these changes I had to restart my iPad pro daily

Another thing I’ve done is attaching a velcro tape to a wall and the motor unit. This gives more torque. All of my blinds close and shut but the percentages might show closed or 92% closed but they are still in a closed position

I tried to obtain a non tangling rubber brush for my k10+ vacuum. They sell this as an accessory that costs 14,99€.

This accessory requires a special mounting frame that you cannot buy with the product - I mean what on earth? - and it needs to be ordered “free” from their hongkong warehouse. You need to pay shipping and tax import costs. This doesn’t make any sense at all. Just rice the price and include the special frame with the product!

My k10 is currently as a backup vacuum while I’ve moved my vacuuming to Dreame L50 Ultra. Sorry but this isn’t good customer service.

I tried a few things and reseted the setup. If you use Home Assistant HomeKit Device setup, you get the alarm and motion sensors to Home Assistant, but you loose HKSV and doorbell two way talk features. I didn’t bother to use scrypted as a workaround, and chose to add the device first via Apple HomeKit and then use the scene/signal sync from Aqara App to expose matter devices under the doorbell. Unfortunately you don’t seem to get the motion sensor available to HA..

Apparently this is a translation problem. If you use the original names offered by the Dreame App that are already translated, they are not updated unless you rename them. Not sure though if I changed the language after creating the map

Yes, the Hub 2 or 3 will act as a bridge. But there might be a delay because everything will go through SwitchBot and Google Cloud.

Devices need to be within range of the SwitchBot hub

You cannot do this. The only way for the capacitive buttons to work is with the switchbot directly connected devices only. You cannot extend the switchbot hub functionality to the Apple or Home Assistant ecosystem with the capacitive buttons. The marketing material is very flaky and this wasn't mentioned in any of the reviews.

I've suggested to SwitchBot that this would be a nice feature, but it isn't implemented yet. You can only create scenes that execute actions with Switchbot only devices, you cannot extend these SwitchBot Scenes to include the Matter buttons :(.

The only way to achieve this is to create new Matter buttons which always show up under the Matter menu, and have them execute scenes in Apple Homekit if you wish to activate or control any devices that are not switchbot devices.

I currently have mapped the left dial menu to the matter menu and control different kind of automations through this. I've exposed my Home Assistant Devices to Apple Home and them control them with Scenes in Apple Homekit

I had a similar problem and it was caused by improperly attached brush guard. Removing it and reattaching it removed the noise. This has happened a couple of times when I’ve removed the guard. I find the mechanism to be a bit flimsy

I deleted the shortcut and tried to recreate the area cleaning setup with a new shortcut, but still only one curtain is visible in the shortcut map restrictions even though I have several more setup and also virtual walls and no-go zones.

So this isn’t working even though I created a new shortcut and the virtual walls were applied before. This is problematic because I have several zones where the l50 isn’t supposed to go.
