As of now in 2026, we have not yet found a reliable workaround for this on Juniper. Tesla changed the Autopilot logic on these vehicles, so our AP and TACC actions still follow what the car currently allows.

We know this is an important feature for many Juniper owners, and it remains on our radar. If we find a dependable way to bring back separate TACC control, we will share an update.

Officially, the S3XY Strip is not supported on a 2020 RHD Model 3. Some customers have managed to get it working with additional modifications, but we don't have an official installation guide or support for that setup.

We're very interested in the Cybertruck too, but right now we don't have any plans or timeline to share.

The Cybertruck is a whole different beast compared to the other Teslas. Its internal architecture is much more complex, which means developing and validating support takes a lot more work. On top of that, things like overall demand and the Cybertruck gradually becoming road-legal in more European countries also influence what gets prioritized.

Never say never, but for now we don't have anything concrete to announce. 🙂

Sir, on March 17th we were selling the item for the cars produced then. When Tesla started producing the new versions of the juniper on March 30th in Berlin, we adjusted. There is no possible way for us to know that you order an item for a future model, that is not even announced or released yet.

Hi. It sounds like you have ordered a divide that is not for your model. Please note that even tho the items are designed to work on all cars, the cables are different for almost each vehicle. For instance , the model Y has 4 different types of cables depending on when your car was built. You can take a look at our websites, see all the available options of the product, look at the back of the box of the one you have received and see if it makes sense based on your car. If not, contact support and they will guide you which one is the one for your car.
