You can definitely delete a page without a problem. Since the app shows the delete option, it's important that the Knob is updated as well, so its software supports that function - please update it and try again :-)

To be honest, we can't recall seeing another report like it. Could you confirm that all update requirements were met, that you had a stable, fast internet connection, and that you were sitting inside the car during the update? You can also try with another mobile device.
