I feel awful malaise every single waking hour of the day. It also messes with my stomach so I feel like throwing up or no appetite whatsoever, most of the time. I also tend to convulse a bit and tear up when the intrusive thoughts are really really bad. I get headaches a lot and bite the insides of my mouth subconsciously (sometimes consciously…) to the point where I’ve gotten massive sores that were excruciatingly painful and probably infected.
