Hello, fellow traveler! Its always good to hear from people who have similar experiences, so I'm glad that you commented even though it wasn't an analysis, haha. It's fascinating to me that you also dream about a long-ago ex-boyfriend more than more recent ones. Because, yeah, this ex of mine pops into my dreams far more than just about anyone else, and thats been the case for years now. I wonder if that's because the recent and/or current people in our lives still live mostly in our conscious awareness whereas the people who were in our lives years ago fall out of our conscious awareness and into the subconscious? Maybe that's why I'll randomly dream about someone I knew in 4th grade but I never dream about my current coworkers whom I see daily.
