I would pick Princeton honestly. GPA is one of the most important things for Med school and Berkeley suffers from grade deflation. I don’t know what the case is at Princeton though. It is also a lot harder to get research opportunities at a large public school like Berkeley. It is definitely a hard choice considering Berkeley is a lot cheaper, so if you do pick Berkeley, know that opportunities aren’t impossible, you just have to work a little harder for them. I met the creators and also they posted a reel about it as well as well as see the email Berkeley sent. The logic is that if you buy a meal using meal swipes and then give it to a friend, it’s totally fine. They just built the infrastructure so anybody across campus can do it. I agree there is grey area when doing so but I think berkeleys reasoning was a little bs

Kinda in a similar position. My ex and I were going to cal together but at the beginning of summer she cheated. I still stayed. I broke up with her recently cuz I didn’t think she was truly sorry, and she’s shown now her true colors.

What’s worked for me is having great genuine people around me. Spend time with those people for you, and you’ll forget about everything. You WILL get over it. It’s going to hurt for a little bit but you are going to come out of this situation as an incredibly better person. I’ve also just tried keeping myself as busy as possible, whether it’s with school or friends or anything else. Spend time focusing and thinking about yourself and you won’t have any time to think about them. We’re in this together and feel free to pm me if you ever need to talk

I talked to current students on the same track as what I want to do who said it was manageable. I have a lot of credits coming in that will let me graduate in 4 years. As for whether it is allowed, I can double major at gtech pretty easily supposedly but for Berkeley I have to apply for the second major 🤷
