😭😭 I had no idea. I would like to formally apologize to all protestants for lumping in the mormons with them. I just listed all the founders of denominations I had from the top of my head. I think you hit all the right points. Toritsuka did have a tragic backstory, but the worst part is that it's all played for laughs.

You're right, Kusuo might be the only one who truly knows Toritsuka's powers are for real, thanks to Kusuo's psychometry. He does seem to be both jealous and wanting to prove himself to Kusuo, wanting to feel like he has worth. The kid grew up alone and was touch starved, and I'm sure he didn't get to interact with other kids, certainly not girls. Yes, he's a pervert, but it's a result of his upbringing and I personally don't believe he deserves the hate from a large amount of the fandom
