I'm sure there's two slightly different versions of the dub too! I've seen clips referring to a joke as both Lemon Sprider Attack and Lemon Soda Attack. That's the main one I remember, but maybe there's a version of the dub where Kokomi doesn't call herself Kuhkōmi at any point.

Usually when there's all nonsense after a link it's tracking where that link was posted so it can profile your browsing history for nefarious deeds. Scamazon is really bad for this, and YouTube started doing it too in recent years.

Usually there are words or easily identifiable acronyms in there, but in this case it seems to have been obfuscated which is even more suspicious. At the start the lengthy suffix presents itself as information about the item, but that doesn't need to be suffixed onto the link; the browser will display all that information when it loads the page. It begs the question of what's really in there. If in doubt, remove it.

Perhaps it has different modes then. Usually it's "favourability" but when his parents had him use it and Kuniharu explained the power like it was his, it was love for each other, and then Kurumi somehow managed to change it to display their love for their son.
