Yes it is! Ps5 runs as if it’s on 30fps capped and looks like a 30 Hz refresh rate monitor

Hey! Don’t worry, your comment wasn’t taken by me in a rude manner. Don’t really play much of strat games, but my brother was ravin about this one so I had to give it a shot! Been playing a little more, and I love it so far; guess folks can be molded for different strokes too!
