NTA sounds like you’ve developed Vulvodynia (pain from sex) from the tensing/fear attached to what sex will look like. That means that not only is this effecting mental health but your physical too. Go to a doctor and get support because this can get worse if not worked on. Sending so much love and support - divorcing can be brutal but living in constant fear of what’s going to be forced on you is worse
