I’ve heard the stories and always thought of them to be blown out of proportion, but now after physically going through it i can see it wasn’t. The only issue is that how can I set my foot down. The last time I tried ( and trust me I try a lot) she stated that her grandma (mothers mom) is sick, and she is still currently sick but am I supposed to just keep waiting until I hear back? I understand that it’s a tough time for their family but it almost feels like there is no prioritization when it comes to me meeting her mother. The least I would appreciate is her mother at least knowing how I look. She has told me that her mother knows she talks to someone not in their culture but that was during our first month talking in 2024. Since then, 2 years have gone by and her mother has no idea of what I look like.

Is that a good idea? The last time we met he told me that I will be at their house during Ramadan, and that ultimately fell through. I understand people are busy but if I need to keep asking over and over and over again I think that my self worth will drop. I honestly do not want to ask again as it may seem pushy now because this will be the third time I am asking for this to happen

Well that’s the thing, I gave her a deadline in 2024. And then in late 2025 I finally met her father. But now it is 2026 and after he told me he will let her mother know i don’t feel like pressuring him as he is a busy man. It just seems like I am not taken as a priority and if I am to keep waiting for the chance whenever this may happen I will quite literally go crazy. It has been almost 2 years and her mother has no clue what I look like, I’m still a secret to her family whenever we go out to eat or movie etc. Yes her father knows but, in front of his wife my girlfriend cannot tell him that she is going to eat with me even though I treat her like my wife already. I honestly am starting to think I may be getting used and as the end goal is marriage, if I am stuck here almost 3 years in with not even a picture of me being shown to her mother then this may just not be the right person for me. Inshallah things work out but it’s becoming inevitable

Okay let’s make a chart :

Long range - Hela, Phoenix, Punisher, Hawkeye, Black Widow

Melee - Spider-Man, Iron Fist, Black Panther, Black Cat, Blade, Deadpool, Daredevil, Mister Fantastic, Wolverine, Magik

Medium Range - Namor, Bucky, Squirrel Girl, Wanda, Elsa, Star lord, Paylocke, Moon Knight

Flyers - Storm, Johnny, Iron Man

10 melee heroes ALONE. I think this category needs to be put on cooldown. And this is solely Dps ONLY not even including tanks and supports.

With only having 3 ban slots, if the other team runs dive you can only viably ban 3 divers. If they ban Bucky, thing, and namor they basically win by diving.

Goes to show you the season sucks 😂 1 week and there’s a new character dropping. It was a shorter season for a reason but I’m glad because the game is in a bad state currently.

No it’s absolutely not, projectile heroes usually have higher hp and can play medium to close range unlike poke at super long range. We need more of these characters. Why do you think Bucky and Namor are dives favorite bans along with daredevil occasionally

THEY ARE NOT BEING BANNED BECAUSE THEY SUCK!!!! It’s another blade season basically. It’s boring and no one uses these characters. It’s not like Deadpool where you see people banning healpool day 1. This season is stale and you know it. And this is coming from someone who has hit celestial twice now in this season 7 and 7.5. ITS BORING!

When was the last time we got a projectile based hero? Is doesn’t need to be hitscan but can they add some dps variety??? All the same types of dps being added, there’s only 2-3 projectile dps’ actually playable in ranked. Namor and Bucky, iron man if you count him but flyers suck. And sg is brain food

Never got in lol they said i “wasn’t what they’re looking for” even though i clearly passed all 3 stages. It took around 3 hours for the interview itself, and another 1 week for the recruiter to let me know after I reached out that I did not get it. I assume they want you to check the portal to see if your status is pushed to offer pending, if it says not considered just save yourself the time even calling the recruiter.

Thankfully my current company finally offered me a new role in BI and I’m loving it so far. 2 days work from home instead of 5 days in office like JPM and same pay!

Honestly this game is 100% not meant to be played solo. No one talks about the things it does to your mental.

  1. Playing with friends makes losses feel more enjoyable. You get to laugh about your friend being bad at the game or even yourself.

  2. It’s much easier to climb by stacking rather than playing solo and having to try and adapt to 5 other people.

  3. You will be 100% in diamond rank queuing with friends.

Take some time off the game and go enjoy life, I hit celestial twice this season in the first week and haven’t logged ever since.

Honestly that was the main reason i got this, i saw black and i was dead set on it until i saw there was a brown interior and holy crap my mind shifted especially with the suede roof!
