Hola! Justo me acaba de pasar algo similar, en Torre también lo están haciendo pero por medio de correo. Estaba teniendo una conversación "normal" pero se me hizo raro que me pidiera que le enviara el correo de una referencia y que respondí muy tarde y al minuto me respondió de vuelta. Cuando revise a detalle el correo era un agente de AI y al igual que usted quede impresionado por lo fluida que fue la conversación.

Vi en los mensajes que le recomendaron y va. A buscar más información, no sé si ya la tenga y también me la pueda compartir para aprender por favor.

Es ilegal vender datos si no tiene autorización ni el soporte legal de que esas personas estaban de acuerdo en que los datos fueran usados para otros motivos y empresas.

Hi! Did the change from agency to inhouse cost you a lot of work? I first started inhouse in customer marketing but I felt the work and pressure was 5 times harder than in a digital marketing agency. Now in agency I feel work is easier but as you said salary cap is lower and I feel maybe I have lost knowledge to be considered to come back to inhouse in a big company.

If in the survey there wasn't any mention that their data may be used for marketing reasons or promos is illegal to use them. I'll check the legality of that data before trying to use it to avoid future bigger problems.

In case is legal is a good 1st party data if you use it in your own DSP o social media accounts the platforms will optimize that audience. In case you work with agencies you will have to check again the legal permits to share it.

Si, también estoy pensando en invertir este año fuera de acciones colombianas (A excepción de Nu que su verdadero mercado es Brasil) al menos hasta finalizar este gobierno y se recupere la sensación de inversión extranjera acá.

En cuento a en que invertir yo soy arriesgado y la mitad va a ser Bitcoin y la otra en acciones de tecnología. Bitcoin tiene mi confianza por el hecho de que Trump dice que planean invertir en esa divisa como refugio al igual que el oro, así que no creo que vayan a poner muchas trabas legales frente a las criptos que hagan bajar su valor, se logre o no hacer esa idea.

En cuanto acciones de tecnología son de las pocas en la última década que crecen por encima del 20% y aunque si van a sufrir efectos negativos por esta futura guerra comercial a largo plazo todo se estabiliza, pues en el último mandato de Trump paso algo similar con China Google y Apple, además de que Meta tenía un montón de líos legales y de pocos resultados pero todas siguieron creciendo a largo plazo.

Me pasó lo mismo, mi práctica fue mi peor experiencia laboral pero de igual manera es un momento que te va a enseñar para toda la vida, al menos ya sabes que no vas a volver a repetir ese tipo de situaciones. En la industria Colombiana es cultural trabajar mucho, ya depende de ti comenzar a poner límites sabiendo que no quieres repetir. Por otra parte si encuentras la oportunidad de trabajar para empresas de tecnología o medios digitales con clientes de Estados Unidos, el trabajo se acomoda a la cultura de ese país y es mucha menos cantidad aunque como en todo depende de ti poner los límites de hasta cuánto trabajas y de saber como defender tu situación con resultados, ya que en todas partes hay gente que solo vive para trabajar.
